Bullet Bill 3 This game has been a favorite of mine since I was small. I love the gameplay, the soundtrack, the customization options, all the little nooks and crannies. This is one of the key reasons I love flash games so much. Bless the people at Newgrounds for making the Newgrounds Flash Player engine, otherwise I wouldn't be here with the announcement of 100%'ing this game for the first time in over 10 years! Thank you, Psychosis. You may never see this, but you made this weird little guy's childhood.
